Will getting my braces off hurt?

You may feel some pressure as the brackets are removed, but it won’t be painful. The process is actually quite simple. We love seeing the final transformation and the excitement that follows!

How long and often will I need to wear my retainer?

It’s recommended that you wear your retainer full-time, except when eating or brushing your teeth, for the first month, then at night for the rest of your life (or as long as you want to keep your teeth straight).

How do I care for my retainer??

Store it in its proper case when it’s not being used and wash it at least once per day. All you need is a toothbrush and water to clean your retainer—anything harsher may damage it. To make cleaning easier, always remember to take your retainer out before you eat.
